Located in downtown Chicago, The Wit Hotel features 310 luxurious guest rooms and suites, with amenities including a 42-inch LG TV, iPod docking station, and touchscreen phones.
Project Details
The project involved virtualizing end-of-life hardware platforms. Dell PowerEdge R730 servers and a Barracuda 490 backup appliance were installed, and VMWare ESXi along with Windows Server 2012 R2 was used. The virtualized platform supported all vendor systems and allowed for easy management from a single console.
